Certified Instructors


Jeff Metcalf has been teaching real estate education classes for over 8 years. Beginning with teaching first time home buyers under the Finally Home Program in 2010. Later in 2015 Jeff became certified to teach Pre-License courses for new real estate licensees along with Post License education and Broker Classes at the real estate school. 

Jeff has been a member of the Association of Realtors and recognized for contributions to RPAC as well as serving on Realtor Association and MLS boards through out his career.

Certified Real Estate Courses


We offer live real estate education for both Pre-License and Post License Courses. We are continually looking to expand our offerings of courses to choose from. Career minded people looking to start a career and obtain their real estate license have the opportunity to enroll in the required pre-license classes with both Module 1 (PR001) and Module 2 (PR002). 

Existing agents can further their education and career opportunities with Broker pre-license courses  such as Real Estate Valuation & Analysis (VA002), Brokerage Management (BM001) and Real Estate Finance (FI003).  In addition Post License courses and Core Classes are offered on a regular basis on site at the real estate school.

Our mission is to offer live continuing education for both Pre and Post License courses that provides an environment that is conducive to learning in a way that is both entertaining and informative with a focus on real estate law and Realtor code of ethics..

How to obtain a Real Estate License

Additional Information

All Idaho real estate license applicants must:

  • Be 18 or older.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Complete pre-license courses Module 1 and Module 2.
  • Pass state and national portions of appropriate licensing exam at Pearson Vue.
  • Be fingerprinted through Pearson VUE or County Sheriff.
  • Register for Idaho Real Estate Commission (IREC) online account.
  • Once fingerprints clear, send Salesperson Application to the Commission.
  • Select an Active Licensed Designated Broker to work with to activate your license.
  • Obtain Errors & Omissions insurance with Broker.
  • Optional: Select a Realtor Association and subscribe to Multiple Listing Service
